Brett Cheloff is Director of Development for LabTech Software, where he is responsible for the oversight of the Development and Quality Assurance teams.

Brett’s entire career has been spent immersed in the IT and managed services space. He initiated his engineering career at LabTech’s predecessor, Nemsys, where he was hired in 2004 as the company’s fourth employee.

As a promising engineering intern working for a startup, Brett was assigned to a variety of projects including customer support and maintenance, product implementation and development and customization jobs. Like others at Nemsys, he quickly realized the need to develop an agent-based Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution that would improve their operational efficiencies and give them an edge against other MSP competitors in the area.

In 2006, Brett was assigned to work on the development of LabTech, Nemsys’ new RMM agent-based solution. As one of the original developers of LabTech RMM, Brett is uniquely qualified member of LabTech Software’s leadership team has the technical knowledge and industry expertise to contribute extensively to the company’s expansion.

With the incorporation of LabTech Software in 2010, Brett moved to Tampa, Florida, where he became part of the LabTech Product Development team and is currently responsible for project specifications and establishing quality assurance processes for the Development and Quality Assurance teams.
