Arun Raghavan is the Vice-President of Product and Engineering at Unisys. He was a former Vice-President and Co-Founder at Unify Square.

Arun leads development of Unified Communications Solutions at Unify2, and advanced technical aspects of UC deployments such as customizing the functionality of Office Communications Server for specific enterprise needs. Arun brings eight years of software development experience at Microsoft focused on Microsoft's enterprise manageability solutions. Most recently, Arun was a Senior Development Lead for the Microsoft Operations Manager product group, where he was responsible for developing more than 40 MOM Management Packs for Microsoft products including Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Windows Server 2003/2008. Arun co-designed and implemented the Agent Deployment component of MOM, which is a distributed system for deploying agent-based IT software to thousands of servers.

Arun also developed the synthetic transactions components of MOM's best-of-breed Microsoft solutions for monitoring enterprise Web and Database Applications. Together, these MOM components have resulted in typical IT cost savings for global enterprises in the order of millions of dollars annually.

Arun has an M.S. in Computer Science from Iowa State University, and a B.E. in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
