Arun Penmetsa is a Principal at Storm Ventures where he invests in early stage Mobile and SaaS companies. He has extensive experience building enterprise software solutions. At Oracle, Arun helped build the data management platform for Enterprise Manager where he focused on software and product development. Prior to Oracle, he was an early member of the Google Apps for Business team at Google. Arun is passionate about entrepreneurship and focuses on working with founders to create innovative solutions.
Arun was born in India. He has earned an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and served on the school’s Academic Committee. He has a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he was the recipient of the Terman fellowship.
