Arturo Elizondo is CEO of Clara Foods, a sustainable ingredients company making the world’s most comprehensive egg white substitute. Prior to joining Clara Foods, Arturo worked at the investment bank Credit Suisse, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and under Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
