Ann Livermore is a Member of the Board of Directors at UPS since 1997. Ann serves on the UPS Board of Directors’ Risk Committee and is Chairperson of the Compensation Committee.

Ann previously led HP’s Technology Solutions Group, which encompasses enterprise storage and systems, software, services and sales. The products and services from this organization serve Enterprise and Public Sector customers. Ann retired as an Executive Vice President of the Hewlett-Packard Company in 2011 and is currently a Member of the Board of Directors of the Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company.

Ann was involved with HP's enterprise customers for more than two decades, building customer relationships and IT services capabilities that became a significant HP competitive differentiator. Ann joined HP in 1982 and held a variety of management positions in marketing, sales, research and development and business management before being elected a Corporate Vice President in 1995.

Born in Greensboro, N.C., Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.

Ann serves on the board of visitors of the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the board of advisors at the Stanford Business School.

Ann is based in Palo Alto, California.
