Amaury de Seze is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Power Financial Corporation as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PAI.

Amaury is also a a Member of the Board of Directors at Carrefour, Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, Imerys, Publicis and Pargesa.

Amaury started his career at Bull General Electric. In 1978, he joined Volvo Group, one of the world’s largest producer of trucks, buses and construction equipment where he successively held positions of Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Volvo France, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Volvo France, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at Volvo Europe and Member of the Group’s Executive Committee.

Amaury joined Paribas group in 1993 as Member of the Management Board of Compagnie Financière de Paribas and Banque Paribas.

Amaury was also the Founding Partner, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer at PAI.

Amaury has degrees from the Centre d'Enseignement Supérieur des Affaires (now known as L'École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris - HEC Paris) and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
