Aaron Shilts is a leader in the cybersecurity industry with over 20 years of experience building organizations and leading teams that drive measurable customer success. He is focused on operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Prior to NetSPI, Aaron was the EVP of Worldwide Services at FishNet Security / Optiv and led through one of the industry’s largest mergers. Aaron is also an industry advisor to leading investment firms. Aaron holds a B.S. in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and served proudly in the MN National Guard.
