Natalie Lam is cofounder of the Foxgrove, a private electronic music and DJ school in New York City. Lam is a seasoned advertising creative and currently serves as executive creative director at iconic digital advertising agency Razorfish, leading its 50-plus creative team in working with innovative brands like Spotify, Mercedes-Benz, and Uniqlo. She held similar positions at McCann Erickson, Ogilvy, and R/GA, with a longtime track record of launching new brands such as Nike+. She is a frequent judge and winner in prestigious international advertising awards shows such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and the Art Directors Club.
