In today’s challenging healthcare environment, swiftQueue has consistently improved the efficiency of its hospital clinics via streamlined workflows, reduced ‘did not attends’ (DNAs), reduced patient waiting times, improved patient engagement, and has provided healthcare management and staff with a greater level of transparency.
