SurfTec is a National Science Foundation and Department of Energy supported
SurfTec was founded to develop a novel low-friction, durable coating developed at the University of Arkansas. This technology enables the use of PTFE coatings that are exceptionally thin in applications that are traditionally off-limits for fluoropolymer coatings due to wear, operating conditions, or decomposition of conventional resin binders. We are currently seeking partnerships in the development process and are interested in learning more about your application needs.
