POSHER is a B2BC startup that provides beauty, wellness and personal development services (such as manicure, massage, yoga, language classes) "in-company", on premises, offered as benefits to employees by companies. We are actually a marketplace that provides those services through our network of beauty and wellness freelance professionals, supported by our tech platform: they receive and manage jobs by using our Professional app. On the other hand, employees at companies make appointments and pay for their services using our Customer app.

The services are provided daily or weekly at the office premises or our clients can use our services at home (personal attendance), when they are working at home. Services are also provided to regular customers that don't work for any companies that are our clients.

There are more than 350 companies that are our clients and more than 900 active freelance professionals that provide beauty and wellness services through our app.
